APPEARANCE
Beautiful, bright color of medium intensity, tinged with garnet.

NOSE
The nose is bursting with rather fresh red fruits, cherry, and some blackcurrant, which call for indulgence.

PALATE
On the palate, the attack is fresh, tannins are very discreet, the balance in the mouth will surprise you with its sweetness.

AGEING
Short maceration and partly aged in large oak tuns for added depth and to preserve all the delicacy of the grape variety.

PAIRING
As the name suggests, this makes a great aperitif, served slightly chilled, while also pairing well with food.
