AGEING
75% of the blend is aged for 12 months in barrels (20% new), the remained 25% in vat.

Charcuterie, red meat, grilled dishes, game, cheeses and chocolate desserts.

READINESS FOR DRINKING
It may be aged in the bottle for over 10 years.
