Its perfectly blended, smooth, and silky flavor stands out. Very long, with a velvety sensation and a very pleasant aftertaste.
AGEING
It takes place over a period of 24 months in 225-liter American and French oak barrels. Once the aging process is complete, the wine is bottled and matures for three years before being released.

All kinds of roasted meats, classic recipes, such as game stews, cured and smoked cheeses and dark chocolate desserts.
