NOSE
This powerful Syrah displays a strong aromatic intensity of ripe red and black fruit, with floral notes of violets, subtle balsamic and Asian spices from the oak.

PALATE
On the palate the abundant fruit character of black and red cherries provides a creamy complexity, with soft tannins that’ll become even more polished with time in the bottle.

AGEING
12 months in French oak barrels (70% new, 30% used); 6 months in bottle before release.

PAIRING
Perfect ally with fatty fish, stews, roasted lamb, game meats and cured cheeses.
