A beautiful volume in mouth with ginger bread and mild tobacco notes, typical of the great Pauillac terroirs. The tannins, suave and silky, show a beautiful balance between strength, elegance and subtlety.

AGEING
12 to 16 months in 60% new oak barrels.

PAIRING
Best served with barbecue, duck, red meat, game and mature cheeses.
