The attack is smooth, with a long, very elegant structure. At this early stage in the maturing process, it already displays a great deal of charm and delicacy, while retaining the power of its terroir.

AGEING
Aged in French oak barrels (about 60% of new barrels) for 18 months.

PAIRING
Serve perfectly with grilled lamb chops, a wild boar leg, a honey turkey, marinated rabbit and duck breast.
