The color is light yellow.

NOSE
The wine has a fresh aroma with hints of white flowers and roses.

PALATE
The taste is refined, delicate, rounded, with light floral nuances and a very pleasant, harmonious finish, in a perfect balance between green fruit, almond notes and the flinty minerality so typical of Chablis.
This wine is imbued with great finesse and very “terroité”.

VINIFICATION
Wood is not used in order to remain close to the terroir and the traditional aromas of Chablis wines.

PAIRING
This Chablis is ideal as an aperitif, perfect complement to shellfish, grilled fish dishes and goat cheeses.
