On the palate, the wine plays the score of harmony, perfectly balanced by a caressing substance in the mid-palate endowed with a mellowness and a crunch of the most seductive fruit, with soft tannins, without excess astringency.

AGEING
Performed in oak barrels (50% new).

PAIRING
Tasty red meat with powerful flavors, such as lamb, pigeon, ostrich or mutton.

READINESS FOR DRINKING
It is already very pleasant to drink but can still develop between 5 and 10 years.
