The expressiveness of the nose is broad, fresh and enjoys a great aromatic freshness. Essentially built on a bouquet of pulpy black fruits (cherry and blackberry).

PALATE
The mouth is wide, dynamic and elegantly structured on a Cabernet Sauvignon frame which marks the volume with a delicate and creamy tannic harmony. The finish is quite long and floral, with a good persistence.

AGEING
12 to 18 months in French oak barrels.

PAIRING
Chateau Chasse Spleen is a perfect match with Asian dishes, hearty fish courses like tuna, mushrooms, pasta as well as cheese.
