Schild Estate Narrow Road Vineyard Shiraz Cabernet

Schild Estate Narrow Road Vineyard Shiraz Cabernet

TECHNICAL DATA
Alcohol 14.5%

APPEARANCE
Deep dark ruby in colour.

NOSE
Aromatically the wine is marked by intense aromas of creamy, dark berry fruit, fresh vanilla bean and chocolate with a fleeting glimpse of the exotic dried spice jar.

PALATE
On the palate it opens with an unctuous mouth filling attack, whilst still showing fresh and balanced without any hint of heaviness. Primary dark fruit remains ever present and a super fine tannin frame pins in the fruit enough to provide a focused end.

AGEING
Maturation in a combination of new and aged oak barrels for 18-24 months.

PAIRING
Ideal with roasted or grilled meat.

READINESS FOR DRINKING
Drink now to 2030.
