Clear and limpid lemon yellow.

Highly scented exotic aromas of lemon, lime citrus, crunchy green apple and perfumed floral notes.

PALATE
Refreshing and bright, the palate is fine and precise with beautiful minerally acidity.
It has a crunchy and lively feel through to a very long finish.
An excellent illustration of Polish Hill in the Clare Valley.

PAIRING
Good match for Asian-inspired food, with ingredients such as ginger, lemongrass, coriander and fresh chillies. Try it also with Pad Thai noodles, smoked salmon, fish and chips and light Mexican seafood dishes.
