The palateshows outstanding balance, density and structure, roundness and savors. Refined, ripened and coated tannins grant this wine a voluptuous texture, perfectly balanced by a great acidity, as the evolution leaves an impression of length and harmony.

AGEING
20 months in new French oak barrels.

The earthy, dark fruit profile of the wine stands up well to the richness of grilled wagyu, rib eye or game meats.
