Ruby-red colour with violet undertones.

NOSE
A fragrant bouquet of red fruit, finely framed by gentle oak spices.

PALATE
On the palate it’s showing juicy ripe small red-black fruit with a slight spiciness, accompanied by soft tannins and mild acids in the aftertaste.

AGEING
3 months ageing in Slovenian oak barrels. 2 months bottle rest.

PAIRING
Perfect picnic wine for barbecue, stews, roast pork belly (porchetta), pasta dishes, pizza, vegetarian lasagna and ratatouille.
