APPEARANCE
Deep red with violet notes on release.

NOSE
Fruity notes of violet and cherry, with the olfactory profile dominated by Syrah and Sangiovese’s notes of marasca cherry and mammola violet.

PALATE
Well balanced and fresh fruit driven palate.
The tannin is light and the finish is long, leaving the palate dry and round.

AGEING
The wine’s ageing takes place in 300 and 500 liters medium-toasted French oak tonneaux for 6 to 8 months.
The bottle remains in the cellar for another 6 months before being placed on the market.

PAIRING
Excellent with aperitif and pasta dishes.
It also matches well white or red meat dishes, cooked or grilled.
